We are looking for a programme/product manager role. The ideal consultant will have credit experience, specific to loans, collateral management, underwriting, and PM experience in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead delivery across complex transformation initiatives within wealth management and banking.
- Manage multiple project workstreams within a large-scale implementation programme.
- Partner with business, technology and third-party vendors to ensure successful programme execution.
- Drive sprint-based delivery across concurrent projects.
- Provide governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate dependencies across strategic workstreams.
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders, product owners and change teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager, Senior Product Manager within financial services.
- Strong product and programme delivery expertise.
- Deep understanding of credit products, including Lending/Loans, Underwriting, Collateral Management.
- Experience delivering within wealth management environments.
- Strong stakeholder management experience up to executive level.
- Agile delivery experience, including sprint-based project execution.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation or platform implementation programmes.
- Knowledge of investment and custody operations.
- Experience working with third-party solution providers and implementation partners.
