We are looking for a programme manager with a focus on product management also, to lead a high value integration transformation programme the ideal consultant will have Credit experience, specific to loans, collateral management, underwriting, and PM experience in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across complex transformation initiatives within wealth management and banking.
• Manage multiple project workstreams within a large‑scale implementation programme.
• Partner with business, technology and third‑party vendors to ensure successful programme execution.
• Drive sprint‑based delivery across concurrent projects.
• Provide governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate dependencies across strategic workstreams.
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders, product owners and change teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.

Essential

• Experience of large‑scale technical integration programmes with a hi

• Deep understanding of credit products, including

• Lending / Loans
• Underwriting
• Collateral Management
• Experience delivering within wealth management environments.
• Strong stakeholder management experience up to executive level.
• Agile delivery experience, including sprint‑based project execution.
• Experience managing large‑scale transformation or platform implementation programmes.
• Knowledge of investment and custody operations.
• Experience working with third‑party solution providers and implementation partners.
