Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a PMO role (minimum 3-5 years preferred).

- Demonstrated ability to track, manage, and follow up on actions across multiple workstreams.
- Solid understanding of non-financial risk management concepts.
- Experience preparing reports and artefacts for executive-level audiences.
- Familiarity with risk transformation programs or initiatives.
- Knowledge of risk frameworks such as COSO or similar.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and handle competing priorities.
- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders across risk and control functions.
- A collaborative attitude and a drive to add value immediately in a complex transformation program.
