Summary

The primary function of the Programme Manager role is to oversee and manage the execution of projects within the Middle Office portfolio, ensuring proper planning, financial oversight, and adherence to compliance frameworks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage Planview updates, reporting, financial forecasting, and resource allocations.

  • Report monthly to head office on all projects across the Middle Office portfolio.

  • Oversee yearly budgeting and planning to secure funding for upcoming projects.

  • Supervise Middle Office project managers and their projects.

  • Serve as the personal project manager for the ISO 20022 project.

  • Conduct regular steering committees with project sponsors and accountable executives for ongoing projects.

  • Ensure all projects conform to the Project Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC) framework, obtaining necessary documentation and approvals at each key stage.

  • Provide structure and training for new project managers on the team.

  • Manage systems upgrades related to payments and oversee related projects (eg, TLM, Intellimatch, reconciliations, collateral management).

Key Requirements
  • Experience with Planview or similar project management tools.

  • Strong skills in financial forecasting and budgeting.

  • Proven experience in project management within a Middle Office context.

  • Knowledge of PDLC and related project compliance frameworks.

  • Experience managing ISO 20022 projects.

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with PSR/PSD systems upgrades related to payments.
