About the Project
Support a dual‑implementation programme involving a migration to a cloud‑based Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and a rebuild of a Kentico‑based CMS website delivered by a third‑party vendor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate UAT Round 2, ensuring full coverage of outstanding user stories and defect resolution
- Work pragmatically with business users to define, prioritise, and execute test cases
- Track, manage, and resolve defects in collaboration with delivery teams and vendors
- Provide post‑go‑live support, including triage and management of change requests
- Establish and maintain clear, structured system documentation for governance and future use
- Produce management information and reporting using Azure DevOps and Power BI
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and visibility
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in manual testing within CRM and CMS implementation environments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience with Kentico CMS (preferred)
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and reporting
- Ability to operate independently in fast‑paced, resource‑constrained environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting post‑go‑live environments, including defect triage and change management
- Comfortable working across multiple small teams with limited technical oversight
- Exposure to automation testing methodologies
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments)
- Experience with other CRM or CMS platforms
