Location: London – Onsite 3 days a week

Salary: Β£500-Β£550 per day

We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful Senior PMO to lead the delivery of a data migration project within our Change Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to align project and portfolio management with the overall business objectives of the investment banking division.
  • Oversee the governance of project portfolios, including prioritisation, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous processes to track and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Manage and optimise the allocation of resources, both human and financial, across multiple projects and programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and aligned resource utilisation.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to assess success, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects and portfolios, considering market dynamics, regulatory changes, and internal factors.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience at Programme/Portfolio level as a PMO.
  • Experience in Financial Services, ideally Investment Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Experience set up or supported the creation of a CPMO.
  • Project experience across Finance, Regulatory, Business, Cyber, Risk and Technology change.
  • Experience in annual planning and large-scale budget management.
