We are hiring a PMO Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) function within the Operations portfolio. The primary goal is to ensure best-in-class governance, reporting, and delivery assurance. The role entails supporting programme and project managers in planning, execution, and closure activities while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:- Lead the PMO function for the Operations portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support programme and project managers in planning and execution.
- Provide assurance for project delivery and manage financials across portfolios.
- Conduct governance reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Challenge project managers on budget management and financial planning.
- Collaborate with other teams to manage project lifecycles and operational risks.
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, project governance, or programme delivery roles within financial services.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks and tools such as Clarity, Planview, or Asana.
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience in investment banking related to trade lifecycle and operations initiatives.
- Proven experience in governance reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and operational risk controls.
