We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a large-scale legacy system transformation programme within a complex, regulated environment. This role will lead requirements definition, shape delivery standards, and support the successful transition from legacy platforms to modern solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements definition and management across a large-scale transformation programme.
- Drive clarity and alignment across business and technology teams.
- Support backlog creation, refinement and sprint readiness within an Agile delivery framework.
- Establish and maintain core project artefacts, documentation standards and best practices.
- Partner closely with product owners to enhance delivery capability and maturity.
- Contribute to programme structure, governance and delivery frameworks.
- Ensure continuity and stability across transformation phases.
