We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead multiple workstreams within this high-priority program. The ideal consultant will have 8-10 years of experience managing IAM initiatives, with hands-on exposure to platforms such as One Identity, SailPoint, Oracle, or Microsoft Identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage 4-6 concurrent IAM-related workstreams
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers
- Coordinate efforts across business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors
- Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Provide regular status updates and manage issues/escalations effectively
- Ensure IAM controls are implemented in line with security and regulatory requirements
- Maintain clear documentation and audit trails throughout the project life cycle
- 8-10 years of project management experience within IAM or security transformation programs
- Proven track record managing end-to-end IAM projects (One Identity, SailPoint, Oracle, Microsoft IAM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of access governance, identity life cycle, and regulatory compliance
- Experience working within large, matrixed organizations or financial institutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Background in financial services or regulatory technology environments
- Familiarity with enterprise-level mergers or legal entity transitions
