We are actively looking to hire experienced Business Analysts with Identity Access Management experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile security-focused programme within a global financial institution. We are looking for professionals with a deep understanding of IAM systems, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance. If you have hands-on experience delivering IAM solutions across Oracle, Microsoft, SailPoint, or One Identity Manager, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Analyse existing IAM processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
- Conduct risk assessments for identity provisioning and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
- Create and refine workflows, process models, and system architecture diagrams.
- Design IAM processes and enforce governance policies (e.g. RBAC, access control frameworks).
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support audits and system upgrades with proper documentation and reporting.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to support user adoption of IAM tools.
- Promote security best practices across business units.
- Define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Participate in SIT and UAT cycles during IAM implementation and upgrades.
- 8-10 years of experience in IAM projects.
- Experience with any major IAM platforms: One Identity Manager (preferred), SailPoint, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
- Proven background in financial services or regulated environments.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
