emagine consulting is seeking a Payments Business Analyst with experience in regulated financial services, ideally with exposure to Private Banking and Wealth Management environments. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of change initiatives, ensuring alignment across various functions, and driving measurable business benefits.
Main Responsibilities
- Shape scope, milestones, dependencies, and realistic delivery plans.
- Adapt Agile methodologies within the established framework.
- Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) proactively.
- Translate change into measurable outcomes and business benefits.
- Deliver concise updates to senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Align multiple functions around a unified change plan.
- Ensure operational risk and regulatory considerations are embedded in processes.
- Conduct effective governance management through steering committees.
- Execute change management by developing communication strategies.
