We are seeking a Cyber Risk Planning Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of cyber risk, IAM engineering, and business stakeholders, driving the definition and delivery of secure, compliant access management solutions within a complex financial services environment. The role of the Senior Business Analyst (BA) is to ensure the effective pre-planning and delivery of projects within the Cyber portfolio, primarily focused on improving the quality and efficiency across multiple initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality project one-pagers that standardise project scope, deliverables, risks, and success criteria.
  • Perform requirements gathering and compile formal business and functional specification documents.
  • Engage with project development life cycle: formulating solutions, testing approaches, and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Support project managers and business partners with expert guidance on technological solutions.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management and ensure communication success across the change portfolio.
  • Streamline portfolio by identifying overlapping initiatives and proposing consolidation.
  • Conduct readiness checks and establish dependency mapping across teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of IAM processes.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis focused on technology change programmes.
  • Ability to translate technical IAM concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with RSA IGL and access certification processes.
  • Knowledge of audit requirements related to operational risk and internal controls.
