emagine consulting is seeking a Payments Business Analyst with experience in regulated financial services, ideally with exposure to Private Banking and Wealth Management environments. The Cyber BA IAM role focuses on facilitating cybersecurity solutions, specifically in Identity and Access Management (IAM) using CyberArk technology. This position is crucial for bridging the technical and business aspects of IAM projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing stakeholder communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform requirements gathering and compile formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.
- Engage throughout the Project Development lifecycle.
- Formulate and present proposed solutions to business users.
- Formulate testing approaches, compile test plans, and execute system/integration testing.
- Support business users with user acceptance testing and present test results.
- Complete project/work‑stream status reports and elevate issues to management.
- Support Project Managers and business partners; advise on TEC solutions.
- Utilise strong analytical skills for issue resolution and evidence‑based findings.
- Maintain excellent stakeholder communication and management.
- Own Risks, Issues, and Dependencies across projects.
- Provide MI/KPIs for the BA pillar.
- Lead by example in adhering to company values and policies.
- Foster collaboration across teams and enhance best practices.
Key Requirements
- Experience in identity and access management within a financial services environment.
- Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution.
- Technical proficiency in SQL queries and advanced Excel.
- Degree educated and/or equivalent experience.
