We are seeking a Contract Scheduling Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a focus on Small and Medium‑Sized Enterprises (SMEs). This role is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing timeline‑driven aspects of contracts to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. The successful consultant will play a critical role in ensuring that all contractual obligations are tracked, executed, and renewed in a timely and controlled manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from procurement through to renewal or termination.
- Proactively monitor key contract dates, milestones, and obligations to ensure timely execution.
- Prevent missed deadlines that could result in financial, legal, or operational risks.
- Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline contract tracking and reduce manual processes.
- Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and performance KPIs, particularly relating to payment terms and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain quality control processes to minimise disputes and ensure contractual accuracy.
