We are seeking a Senior Python/Automation Engineer with applied AI exposure to enhance enterprise-grade automation, focusing on project management, financial controls, and process orchestration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive productivity gains through automation initiatives.
- Own the production maturity of solutions beyond proof of concept.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and AI agents.
- Ensure monitoring and performance optimization in a live environment.
- Collaborate across teams for deployment and governance of automation projects.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years software engineering experience.
- Strong Python development expertise.
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI solutions.
- Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
- API design and integration experience.
- SQL and data processing experience.
- Git and CI/CD experience.
