We are hiring for a Senior Business Analyst within Financial Crime Intelligence, Investigations & Analytics to gather, interpret, and validate business requirements while proposing effective solutions to enhance operational processes. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technological solutions. Gather and interpret business requirements. Document, review, and evaluate business processes to identify gaps and suggest development opportunities. Maintain, test, and improve business procedures. Discover and manage operational, financial, and technological risks. Gather critical information from stakeholders and create useful reports. Produce high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports to support decision-making. Act as a liaison between business and IT groups. Identify and utilize opportunities for improvement. Facilitate discussions with various stakeholder groups using business analysis expertise. Provide project-level analysis by producing required documentation (business requirements, use cases, scope matrix, UAT plan, etc.). Key Skills and Experience: Previously worked as a Business Analyst Experience with KYC / Financial Crime Data analysis – proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Microsoft Visio is advantageous Previously worked in a project with formal governance A curious mind, not afraid of suggesting solutions that will increase the bank’s effectiveness and efficiency Have a strong cultural awareness and also a dynamic approach, willing to take on extra responsibilities when needed Experience from the financial services industry Experience within financial crime Experience in working in an Agile environment We pride ourselves on: Providing our people with a supportive culture, rooted in our values and driven by our purpose.
