We are seeking an experienced UK IT Integration Project Manager to lead an integration project. The ideal consultant will possess strong expertise in project planning and execution, stakeholder management, and governance reporting, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Must have skills including proficiency in coordinating migrations across diverse IT platforms and effective communication with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate technical assessments, consolidating findings into actionable integration plans and prioritised remediation actions.
- Develop detailed project plans covering infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data migration, and user integration.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt plans in line with evolving on-the-ground conditions.
- Ensure projects remain within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate migrations and system integrations across O365, AD, infrastructure, data, and applications.
- Collaborate with technical experts to plan and supervise key cutover events (e.g., email domain transition, Active Directory integration, data migration).
- Act as the daily point of contact between the business and the local site’s teams (local IT, business users, and external service providers).
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (e.g., cybersecurity, infrastructure, ERP, collaboration tools) to ensure coherent communication and optimal alignment.
- Support change management by preparing communication plans and helping to coordinate training activities.
- Actively drive project progress by fostering stakeholder engagement, building alignment, and securing buy-in to ensure timely decision-making and execution.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and project dashboards.
- Proactively identify and escalate critical issues to senior stakeholders.
- Lead operational Project Committee meetings.
- Proven experience in IT project management.
- Strong familiarity with integrating cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
- Previous experience working with French clients.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
This position is part-time, requiring three days of work per week. The role involves collaboration with remote teams and may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
