We are seeking a Senior Quantitative Modeller with a strong focus on model validation within the commodities space. This role is critical to strengthening and expanding quantitative capabilities as the business continues its strategic shift towards OTC products and explores new asset classes. The successful consultant will combine strong technical skills with deep product knowledge to support both internal stakeholders and client-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous model validation across a range of commodity products
- Enhance, maintain, and extend existing quantitative models
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including trading, risk, and technology
- Support and contribute to the transition towards increased OTC product coverage
- Improve client engagement through the development of robust and transparent modelling solutions
- Participate in the modelling and validation of new product offerings and asset classes
Key Requirements
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: Python, C++, or C#
- Proven experience in quantitative modelling and independent model validation
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
