Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Learning & Development (L&D) to establish and lead the sales training function across the emagine group (offices in Europe and the Middle East). This strategic role focuses on designing and rolling out a solution-oriented sales philosophy across multiple sales teams spanning staffing, managed teams, managed services, advisory, and training, via near- and off-shoring delivery models. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with country managers, manage stakeholders, and develop tailored sales training content aligned with the organization’s culture and vision. The Head of L&D will set up the L&D function, develop a framework and project plan for training implementation, and hire/manage L&D specialists to ensure consistent delivery and local cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities- L&D Strategy & Framework Development: Develop and implement the overall L&D strategy for the sales teams across the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the sales philosophy.
- Build a comprehensive sales training framework with project phases, milestones, and deliverables for rollout.
- Drive learning operations to enable a future-ready learning strategy with measurable impact, including KPIs, feedback loops, and demonstrated improvements in capability development, engagement, and organizational performance.
- Training Content Development & Delivery: Design and develop tailored training content reflecting emagine’s vision and culture; lead delivery of sales training programs via workshops, webinars, and online platforms; monitor and evaluate effectiveness and adjust as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with country managers and senior stakeholders; understand local market dynamics to customize training approaches; identify SMEs and L&D champions for local delivery; manage communications and expectations throughout project phases.

- Experience: 8+ years in a senior L&D role, ideally within a global, fast-paced sales organization; experience managing L&D across Europe and the Middle East; background in staffing/recruitment or consultancy is a must; strong background in designing and delivering solution-based sales training.
- Technical Skills: Instructional design, LMS, digital learning tools; blended learning and e-learning content development; proficiency in performance tracking and data-driven evaluation.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence senior leaders; experience building high-performing L&D teams; capability to drive change management through L&D strategies.
