We are seeking a Tech Lead Solution Architect to join a dynamic team in a Fintech Start Up. The ideal consultant will have a strong background in Full Stack development, particularly in the FinTech sector, along with expertise in AWS and Sharia-compliance. This role focuses on leading the development of a Sharia-compliant FinTech application designed to support business start-ups and SMEs.
Main Responsibilities
The Tech Lead Solution Architect will oversee the technical direction and execution of our product strategy, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of the MVP.

Lead architectural design and implementation of the FinTech application.

Manage and mentor development teams, maintaining high coding standards.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly in Sharia law.

Collaborate effectively with product management to align technical goals with business objectives.

Integrate third-party APIs to support operations in the Saudi market.

Oversee continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices.
Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a FinTech environment.

Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture.

Experience with Sharia-compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Proficiency in Full Stack development.
