The Business Analyst role focuses on supporting and enhancing Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Contextual Monitoring capabilities within Capital Markets and Trade Finance environments. The role is responsible for improving oversight of customer activity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing controls through data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of data analysts responsible for sourcing Capital Markets and Trade Finance data. Define and maintain data mapping specifications and perform comprehensive data quality assessments. Oversee data lineage, entity linking, and filtering logic to support effective monitoring outcomes. Define the data product roadmap and manage Agile delivery across multiple workstreams. Design and implement the Contextual Monitoring Target Operating Model. Collaborate with technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to align monitoring capabilities with regulatory expectations.
