We are seeking a Solution Architect with a strong background in technology and an emphasis on KYC processes to join a dynamic team focused on driving the digitalization of key client processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client onboarding, product fulfillment, and client data maintenance, while leveraging modern technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Microservices, DevSecOps, and Cloud-based architectures. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact the client experience and lead large-scale transformations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong KYC and CDD process domain knowledge.
- Collaborate with Senior Business and IT stakeholders to evaluate various technical products and solutions while showcasing excellent stakeholder management.
- Work with Architects and Engineering teams to define end-to-end solution designs.
- Partner with Architects to define interim and target state solutions aligning with the department's strategic architecture.
- Guide developers in implementing high-quality technical solutions based on agreed designs, adhering to industry-standard development practices.
- Deliver hands-on code to production while supporting the architecture and design aligned with a microservices structure.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of software, from analysis through release and support.
- Advise the team on the adoption of design patterns, best practices, and guidelines.
- Participate in production support and incident management as necessary.
Qualifications
- Possess strong knowledge of application-level security and infrastructure design patterns.
- Have excellent knowledge of application containerization design.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Front End and Back End technologies, particularly ReactJS and Java Server Side development.
- Expertise in microservices architecture and the ability to develop and document REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of database schema design with experience in SQL and relational databases, particularly PostGreSQL.
- Proven experience leading engineering in global teams and managing high cadence production changes while applying good CI/CD practices.
- Strong understanding and experience in architecture documentation using tools like Visual Paradigm and Bizz Design.
- Knowledge of cloud security architecture, especially with Google Cloud or AWS.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and data modelling concepts.
- Hands-on coding expertise in Java is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible approach to delivery responsibility.
- Exposure to Machine Learning and AI concepts.
- Familiarity with network and infrastructure security.
