This role involves leading delivery of data initiatives in London, working in a hybrid environment. You will oversee the planning and execution of change initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions and driving measurable business benefits.
Responsibilities
- Shape scope, milestones, dependencies, and realistic delivery plans.
- Adapt Agile methodologies within the established framework.
- Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) proactively.
- Translate change into measurable outcomes and business benefits.
- Deliver concise updates to senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Align multiple functions around a unified change plan.
- Ensure operational risk and regulatory considerations are embedded in processes.
- Conduct effective governance management through steering committees.
- Execute change management by developing communication strategies.
