We are seeking a Taxonomy Business Analyst to support a Finance Change Initiative. The ideal candidate will possess essential skills in business analysis, alongside a foundational understanding of PMO functions and a solid grasp of data management processes across various systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting a large-scale banking merger and entity set-up
- Driving taxonomy simplification across global frameworks
- Mapping and analysing finance data flows, traceability & audit processes
- Supporting system consolidation and finance architecture changes
- Working closely with finance and IT stakeholders in a compliance-heavy environment
Key Requirements:
- Strong core Business Analysis experience
- Proven background in finance change programmes
- Deep understanding of data flows, ETL, and audit/compliance processes
- Experience in complex banking environments (highly regulated)
- Taxonomy experience
