We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to support strategic change initiatives within our Corporate & Investment Banking division. This role is central to delivering full lifecycle projects that strengthen operational efficiency, enhance risk and control frameworks, and drive transformation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across GCIB, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and governance requirements are met.
- Support the Programme Lead in coordinating and executing change initiatives.
- Ensure transparent reporting of risks, issues, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, adjusting scope and priorities as needed.
- Produce high-quality, secure project documentation including business requirements, feasibility studies, and status updates.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and project direction.
- Partner with Front Office teams and collaborate across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Lines of Defense to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory expectations.
- Facilitate steering committees and cross-functional working groups.
- Define and deliver Target Operating Models (TOMs) across business areas.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ yearsβ experience in investment banking or management consulting.
- 4+ years of proven project management experience.
- 2+ years' experience in business analysis.
- Demonstrated delivery of Front Office change initiatives.
- Solid understanding of governance frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model.
- Proven background in transformation and change management.
- Knowledge or experience with KYC projects.
- Familiarity with the full project lifecycle, TOM design and implementation experience.
- Strong budgeting, prioritisation, and senior stakeholder relationship management.
