We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to support a significant upgrade of the General Ledger and transition to a cloud environment utilizing Oracle ERP and EPM technologies. Ideal candidates will possess a robust accounting background coupled with strong communication and data analysis skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and upgrade of Oracle ERP and EPM systems.
- Conduct financial statement preparations and related accounting functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes.
- Provide insightful analysis on financial data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Facilitate training for end-users on new functionalities.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant.
- Previous experience in an accounting function role.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience with Oracle ERP modules such as GL, FA, AP, and AR.
- Experience with Oracle EPM modules including FP&A, FCCS, and ePCM.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a remote or cloud-based environment.
- Familiarity with UK accounting practices.
- Knowledge of additional Oracle Cloud Modules.
