- Engage with senior and executive-level stakeholders, providing clear communication and pragmatic recommendations to facilitate decision-making.
- Drive adherence to internal controls, compliance, and governance standards in all delivery activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes, remove bottlenecks, and maintain momentum in complex programmes.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record as a Delivery Manager or equivalent within capital markets, settlements, or post-trade environments.
- Experience managing large-scale regulatory or market-driven change programmes, particularly in T+1/T+2 settlement or trade clearing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of settlement processes, trade lifecycle, and market infrastructure.
- Exposure to trade clearing and US mandatory clearing requirements.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in complex, regulated financial services environments.
- Understanding of the operational, control, and governance implications of post-trade change programmes.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
