We are seeking a Migration Solution Architect for a multiyear programme aimed at migrating policies from legacy systems to a new policy administration system managed by a third-party provider.
- Lead architectural due diligence across platforms, integrations, data flows, and non-functional requirements.
- Validate that integration requirements back into internal systems (finance, digital, corporate platforms) are fully met.
- Work closely with the Senior Architect and broader architecture community.
- Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect on complex transformation or migration programmes.
- Deep understanding of systems integration architecture, particularly in hybrid or multi-vendor environments.
- Background in Insurance, particularly Life & Pensions.
- Experience with policy administration systems and large-scale data or policy migrations.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery in large enterprise programmes.
