This is an excellent opportunity for a BA with strong regulatory change experience to work closely with Compliance, Technology, and Business stakeholders on high-profile initiatives across AML, KYC, and Sanctions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Produce high-quality requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and testing documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to design and deliver business and technology solutions.
- Support testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation to support project delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Compliance processes and systems.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Proven Business Analyst experience within a leading bank or consultancy.
- Strong Financial Crime knowledge, including: AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening
- Experience working across the full project life cycle.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of banking products including Bonds, Derivatives, FX, Securities Financing, and Loans & Deposits.
- Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.
- SQL knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Front Office trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Apex, or Murex.
