Business Continuity Lead (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Business Continuity Lead to drive the implementation of our Business Continuity Policy across the organization. This role will involve working closely with business unit owners to develop brand-new Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) tailored to their specific functions, ensuring a comprehensive and effective organizational resilience strategy.
Main Objectives:
- Conduct interviews with business unit owners to gather insights on operational implementation.
- Develop a clear strategy for implementing the Business Continuity policy across all units.
- Ensure all elements of the Business Continuity plan are addressed from discovery through to implementation.
- Coordinate the handover process to ensure sustained business continuity practices.
- Act independently as the consultant will not receive extensive supervision.
- Assess potential crisis management scenarios to enhance the current Business Continuity plan.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing and operationalizing Business Continuity plans.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of crisis management principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience within the same industry or sector.
- Certifications related to Business Continuity or Crisis Management.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
Other Details:
