EMAAN INVESTMENTS is a fast-growing property investment company specialising in acquiring below market value (BMV) properties across the UK. We operate as cash buyers, allowing us to move quickly and secure strong deals.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Negotiator / Acquisition Specialist to join our Leeds-based team. Your core responsibility will be sourcing and securing below-market-value property deals through platforms such as LinkedIn, Zoopla, Facebook, and any other effective channels you can utilise. This is a high-performance, target-driven role suited to someone ambitious and hungry to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source below market value (BMV) property opportunities
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, Zoopla, Facebook, and personal networks
- Make outbound calls to vendors, landlords, and property owners
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person
- Negotiate property purchases directly with vendors
- Arrange and attend viewings, valuations, and meetings
- Progress deals from the offer stage through to completion
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and investors
- Travel to properties and conduct viewings where required
- Minimum 50–100 outbound calls per day
- Book 5–10 property appraisals/viewings per week
- Secure 2–5 below market value deals per month
- Maintain consistent pipeline updates and CRM accuracy
- Achieve monthly revenue / deal targets set by management
- Experience in property sales, lettings, or acquisitions (preferred but not essential)
- Strong sales ability with a proven or natural ability to hit targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-driven
- Resilient with a strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Well-presented and professional
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Uncapped commission with strong earning potential
