As a Senior Consultant – Strategic Pricing, you will work in a senior advisory role focused on consumer behaviour, pricing strategy, and commercial influence. You will collaborate with high‑profile European partners, shaping strategy and providing insights that lead to informed decisions. This is a Hybrid position requiring attendance at our London Office 3 days a week.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the European Consulting Services team in our London office, reporting to the VP of Consulting Services. You will manage a portfolio of senior client relationships and act as a strategic resource across other client teams, offering expertise in consumer behaviour and commercial direction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own a portfolio of senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Translate analytical outputs into clear commercial insights and persuasive recommendations.
- Challenge short‑term thinking and encourage longer‑term strategic positioning.
- Lead client workshops and steering meetings, shaping deliverables with confidence.
- Act as a cross‑practice strategic resource, providing expertise in consumer behaviour.
- Apply a consumer behaviour lens to pricing and revenue management challenges.
- Help teams stress‑test recommendations and enhance the quality of client outputs.
- Connect insights across different client contexts to ensure consistent strategic thinking.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, pricing strategy, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategy and revenue management.
- Strong grounding in consumer behaviour and the ability to connect it to pricing decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge thinking at senior levels.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading projects and managing teams.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
PREFERRED
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience working with restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage brands.
