What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers as their trusted strategic advisor.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Delivering data-driven business reviews and performance insights.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Advising clients on strategy, market trends, and best practices to help maximise their success.
What we're looking for
✔ 3+ years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
✔ Experience working in Saa S, software, logistics, or another B2B technology environment.
✔ A commercial mindset with experience growing existing customer accounts.
✔ Strong analytical and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent German and English (spoken and written) are essential.
