We're partnering with a global consumer products business to recruit a

Customer Service Specialist to join their growing operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with internationally recognised brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer experience is at the heart of everything.

B2B customer service, order management and logistics , and enjoy building strong relationships with customers and sales teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver exceptional B2B customer service via email and telephone.
  • Manage customer orders from entry through to invoicing using an ERP system.
  • Support retail partners with stock availability, pricing and order enquiries.
  • Work closely with sales teams to maximise customer performance and identify opportunities.
  • Monitor order fulfilment, ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with warehouses and logistics partners to coordinate shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Manage customer complaints, investigate issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Produce shipping documentation, process returns and coordinate value-added services.
  • Analyse customer and order data to support business planning and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular performance updates.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in

B2B Customer Service , ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or a product-based business.

  • Strong order management and logistics knowledge.
  • Experience using ERP systems (Oracle experience is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English and Fluent German is essential
