E & M are currently supporting a global business who are looking to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Team Leader to their busy transactional finance department. All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.

Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager and responsible for managing up to 4 PL Clerks, you will be tasked with overseeing the timely processing of all AP duties:

  • Processing and delivering supplier payments on time
  • Handle escalated queries
  • Day to day training and development of team
  • Management of team including holiday requests, sickness and performance related tasks
  • Set and manage own team's KPIs
  • Work closely with PL Manager and other TLs to ensure efficient AP department
  • Month end close duties

To be considered for the role you must have demonstrable experience in a Team Leader role or be time served as a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a full time, permanent position that offers hybrid working.
