E & M Talent Partners are proudly supporting a key client based in South Leeds who are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller on an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months. You will be joining a highly competent and settled Credit Control team under the stewardship of a vastly experienced Credit Control Manager who takes staff development and mentorship very seriously.
The responsibilities you will be tasked with performing are traditional Credit Control duties:
- Takes responsibility for your own ledger
- Chase outstanding debt via telephone, email and letter
- Handle queries
- Take payment and allocate to accounts
- Onboarding of new accounts including carrying out credit checks
- Monitor accounts including limits, putting accounts on stop and hold
- Maintain debtor reports including age of debt
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume Credit Control function and be able to start a new position at short notice. This is a full-time role, 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday and you are required to be in the office every day (no remote working).
