Greet, welcome and bid farewell to all the guests with posistivity ?

Team player and cordial working environment ?

Respectful of all colleagues ?

Prioritising guests satisfaction ?

Knowledgeable about personal hygiene and Food Safety ?

High commitment to ethics, conduct and confidentiality

Operations: ?

Responsible of assisting the guests efficiently (taking the order, delivering food, beverages, etc.) ?

Assist commis in cleaning and resetting tables and maintain orderly appearance of side stations throughout the service period ?

Responsible for Mis en place in his/her own section ?

Keep management promptly and fully informed of any service/internal operational issues guests and answer any related questions
