We are looking for an experienced employment lawyer (senior to partner level) with an excellent background to join us as a consultant.
If you can bring work with you β great β but no problem if not. We are recruiting because we need someone to help our existing clients and new enquiries.
Our employment practice mainly supports SMEs in and around London. We also help individuals. Ideally you will be able to handle both contentious and non-contentious work for both employers and employees but we are still interested in hearing from you if your expertise is more focused in one area or type of client.
We are not just looking for expertise and experience β we are also looking for someone who is very client-friendly and responsive. As a consultant we know that you wonβt always be available to take on work and you will have other commitments but we need someone who picks up messages quickly and communicates well with us and our clients.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team and we offer attractive rates and referrer commission.
Qualifications- In-depth knowledge and experience in Employment Law.
- Excellent legal drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to provide legal advice and guidance tailored to diverse clients' needs across industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on mitigating risk and delivering effective solutions.

- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a strong academic background.
- Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably at a senior level.
