Elysium Training is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist team at Leigh.

You will provide targeted support to learners with EHCPs and SEMH needs, helping them access learning and build confidence in both academic and vocational settings.

The role focuses on promoting inclusion, developing literacy and numeracy, and working closely with tutors and pastoral staff within a trauma‑informed, relational framework.

A Level 3 TA qualification is advantageous.
