As a Staff Nurse, you will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, with previous experience in a similar setting, from the NHS or private sector. As a Mental Health Nurse (RMN), General Nurse (RGN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), working full time at 40 hours per week, you will be responsible for the clinical environment where you will provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the Care Home Units.

What you will be doing
As a senior Staff Nurse you will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete appropriate competency development portfolio. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine. You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, or group activities. There are also career development opportunities, with a huge range of courses that will help you grow and succeed. Location: Ann Street, Kendal, Cumbria, United Kingdom, LA9 6AA. Ann House is part of our Learning Disability and Autism division that provides care and support to adults who have been given a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, and/or autism, and complex mental health needs.
