Are you a highly experienced multi-site Operations Lead seeking a new exciting and challenging role within the health sector? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as the Regional Operations Lead for the Learning Disabilities and Autism (LD&A) services across North and Midlands region. You will be responsible for the overall operational management of the LD&A hospitals and care homes. You will be maximising the financial performance of these services, developing the business potential, achieving financial targets, ensuring all sites meet contractual obligations and implementing key clinical targets agreed for the LD&A pathways. As the Regional Operations Lead, you will be: Maximising the financial performance of these services, whilst maintaining high quality service standards. Developing the business potential of these services, and new developments within area of responsibility. An active member of the Regional Operational and Clinical Governance (ROCG) group for the LD & Autism region.
