What you will be doingAs a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure children and young people in this specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service receive high-quality care. Your responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care

Mentoring and supporting team members

Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes and maintaining accurate records

Skills and knowledge you will have

A relevant nursing qualification

NMC registration

Strong teamwork skills

A high level of self-motivation and flexibility

A positive, caring, and compassionate attitude

A commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice

Rhodes Wood Hospital is a specialist inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 12 to 18. Each treatment programme is tailored to the individual needs of the young person.
