You will be playing a key part in supporting the psychology department in developing and delivering the hospital strategy on treating Personality Disorder, contributing to the operational and clinical effectiveness of nursing and allied professional teams.
As a DBT Specialist Practitioner, you will be:
- Conducting weekly individual therapy sessions with service users
- Preparing and delivering group work
- Creating and updating a DBT focused Psychological Formulation for each service user
- Identifying and evaluating potential improvements in the service
