You will join the team that works well together to provide care for people with mental health conditions. Whether you are currently a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour standard shifts. As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank, you’ll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.
Where you will be working: Wellesley Hospital is a purpose-built 73-bed hospital in the South West for men and women with mental health problems. On the same site, there is a separate 13-bed service for people with a learning disability who may present with mental illness, personality disorders, and an autistic spectrum condition.
