About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities. This position is essential for providing a welcoming environment for homeowners and guests ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Duties:
* Perform thorough cleaning of vacant homes, public areas, back-of-house spaces and homeowner apartments.
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
* Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and clean.
* Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning tasks.
* Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
About you:
Skills:
* Previous experience is highly desirable, particularly in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
* Strong background in hospitality with an understanding of guest expectations regarding cleanliness.
* Janitorial experience is beneficial, showcasing familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames.
