The Role:
This is a standout opportunity for a 2-5 PQE Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a premier practice. You will act for Registered Providers and housing associations across the North West on a varied caseload that directly contributes to community regeneration and the delivery of affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on complex residential development projects, site acquisitions, and strategic land options.
- Handling regeneration schemes, commercial leases, and a full range of property transactions within the social housing context.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality, pragmatic legal advice.
- Working within a supportive, multi-disciplinary national team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified lawyer with solid post-qualification experience in property law.
- Direct experience acting for Registered Providers (RPs) is a significant advantage.
