Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid/remote role for a Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor based in Birmingham with flexibility for full time remote work. The role involves managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, liaising with clients and stakeholders, conducting property searches, drafting contracts, and ensuring effective case progression. The successful candidate will also adhere to compliance regulations and maintain client satisfaction throughout the conveyancing process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate transactions
- Knowledge of Law and experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Familiarity with Family Law and its application
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in legal research and contract drafting
- Experience using case management software is an advantage
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant accreditations
- Ability to manage a varying caseload with accuracy and efficiency
