About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload encompassing Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, and CAPA (Child Abuse and Personal Injury) claims, while also supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to develop their expertise across multiple specialisms in a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed caseload of PI, Clinical Negligence, and CAPA files from inception to conclusion.
- Support senior solicitors on complex and high-value claims.
- Manage client relationships, provide high-quality legal advice, and handle court work.
- Contribute to business development activities within the team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX lawyer with 0–3 years PQE and relevant experience in one or more of the practice areas. They will be:
- Willing to develop their skills across all three specialisms (PI, Clinical Negligence, and CAPA).
