This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing department with the flexibility to be based at any of their modern Midlands offices.
The Role
- Manage a high-quality and diverse caseload with a high degree of autonomy and client contact.
- Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
- Act for landlords and tenants on commercial leases, renewals, and assignments.
- Deal with secured lending work and property finance.
- Advise on site development and option agreements.
- Support businesses with property aspects of corporate transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to provide a full-service offering to clients.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years of PQE and at least 5 years of overall experience in commercial property.
- Experienced in managing your own caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical lawyer with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded and client-focused, with a passion for business development.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
The Package
- Salary band of £45,000 - £55,000 (negotiable based on experience).
