About St Philip’s
We are an open‑hearted Christian community with a deep desire to demonstrate God’s love in our local community and draw people into that love. Our church building, including our Community Lounge, is the hub of our worship, prayer, fellowship and outreach. We seek to share it generously with the community, particularly those who need extra support, as a place where all might find welcome and hope in God’s love.
Our pattern of worship contains midweek and Sunday Communion services, a combination of both children’s groups and intergenerational worship, all with a relaxed service style. Throughout the week we welcome community groups, counsellors, educational groups and other regular hires of the rooms in our building; we consider them an extension of our church family.
